Be My Guest! is a collective mixed-reality dinner event hosted by AI. The installation rethinks an age-old gathering ritual: a dinner with friends, where an AI, named Parasite, becomes the host and co-creator of the spatial experience and physical objects. The collective dinner transforms the private setting of home into a public domain, mirroring our current condition of dwelling in multiple realities and investigating how we inhabit and interact within networked virtual spaces, and how we foster parasitic relationships with AI systems, redefining the fabric of communal gathering in the digital age. Me AndOther Me (creative partnership of she/her Anna Pompermaier & he/him Cenk Güzelis) is a new media-driven artistic and architectural research studio exploring the future of our spatial experiences and communication through practical applications of social mixed reality experiences focused on online culture and the spatial web. Anna and Cenk are architects, educators, and researchers at ./studio3, the Institute for Experimental Architecture of Innsbruck University, where they conduct practice-led research at the intersection of experimental architecture, contemporary art, new media and artificial intelligence. Their artistic and architectural research has been showcased at ACADIA, strand, LMDA conferences, and featured in publications for R.I.B.A., SOBRE, and MOUSSE among others. Their works and collaborative projects have been exhibited at Ars Electronica, L.E.V., IDFA, Laval Virtual, Impakt, iMAL, Daejeon Museum of Art and more. They’ve delivered keynotes at events like DOKLeipzig and The Future of Living Conference, Bozar (Brussels), and participated in residencies, like the European Media Art residency Program at iMAL, Brussels, in 2023.

Laipni lūdzam ir jauktās realitātes (XR) instalācija, kurā izstādes apmeklētāji ir aicināti piedalīties vakariņās ar mākslīgo intelektu. Instalācija maina senos priekšstatus par pulcēšanās rituālu – vakariņas ar draugiem, kurā mākslīgais intelekts, vārdā Parazīts, kļūst par saimnieku un telpiskās pieredzes, fizisko objektu līdzveidotāju. Instalācija prezentē, ko nozīmē satikšanās digitālajā laikmetā jeb apstākļos, kad vairākas realitātes eksistē vienlaicīgi. Tā norāda uz veidiem, kā mēs apdzīvojam un mijiedarbojamies tīklveida virtuālajās telpās un kā veicinām parazītiskas attiecības ar mākslīgā intelekta sistēmām. Kas notiek, kad sugas satiekas?
